The MOLE clinic appoints CFO to support growth
The MOLE Clinic, the UK’s largest private skin cancer screening provider, has appointed Susan Veness as chief financial officer as the business continues its national expansion.
Susan joins with extensive experience leading finance functions within high-growth healthcare and technology businesses, most recently serving as chief financial officer at healthcare provider 18 Week Support.
She has also held senior finance roles at telediagnostics platform 4ways and pharmaceutical technology business Phlexglobal, helping scale operations during periods of rapid growth.
Susan said: “I’m delighted to be joining The MOLE Clinic at such an exciting stage of its growth. The mission is clear and meaningful – to detect skin cancer early and make those services accessible to more people.
“I look forward to supporting the team as the business continues to expand.”
Her appointment comes as The MOLE Clinic expands its nationwide footprint, having grown from four to 12 locations in the past 18 months while continuing to invest in early skin cancer detection technology and services.
Annie Meharg, chief executive at The MOLE Clinic, added: “Susan brings deep financial expertise and a strong track record of supporting growing healthcare organisations.
“As we continue to scale, her leadership will be key to ensuring we do so in a way that is both ambitious and sustainable.”
