Glazing firm sees route to growth with new deals
A glazing firm has cracked open fresh growth opportunities after landing six-figure contracts.
Polar NE has secured four deals to send more than 500 windows to hospitals and schools across the North East.
The Middlesbrough-based operator is set to supply Blyth Community Hospital, North Tyneside Hospital, Newcastle's Holystone Primary School and Yarm School.
Installation work is planned to take place over the summer months.
The contracts build on Polar NE’s increasing presence across public sector buildings, having last year supplied 120 windows to Scotland’s £85 million HMP Stirling to boost inmate wellbeing at the women-only base.
James Hill, managing director, said: “By continuously investing in technology and our team, we are diversifying the business.
“That means we’re not defined by a sector, but by our ability to repeatedly deliver results.”
