Workwear specialist Salto reveals rebrand
A North East workwear specialist has unveiled a new brand identity as part of plans to modernise the business and strengthen its community partnerships.
Prudhoe-based Salto, which supplies embroidered workwear, uniforms and sportswear, has completed a rebrand following a change in leadership earlier this year.
Company director Caroline Barr, who took over the business in April 2025, introduced the refreshed identity after reviewing the company’s positioning and future direction.
The rebrand includes a new logo, colour palette and typography, alongside a more modern tone aimed at appealing to both existing and new customers.
Despite the updated look, Caroline says its focus remains on delivering reliable uniform and workwear solutions backed by strong customer service.
She said: “With Salto being established for over 19 years, it was important that, despite a rebrand, we still maintain the excellent customer service and dedication to provide a quality and efficient service for all our customers.
“The rebrand is an organic evolution of the company as it enters into its new era, offering a modern and fresh look for the brand as we want to grow into new sectors.
“The collaboration with No.6 is a prime example of that, offering a full range of individual designs and quality merchandise for another local company.
“So far, we’ve had some really great feedback! It makes me very excited for the future.”
To mark the relaunch, the business has partnered with No 6 Performance Gym in Ryton for a joint social media competition offering Salto merchandise and six weeks of gym sessions.
The collaboration also reflects a shared focus on community engagement and wellbeing, with the gym led by former Newcastle Falcons and England rugby player Mark Wilson.
