Agency secures cricket club sponsor hat-trick
A sports agency has secured a cricketing hat-trick.
Sporting Group International has landed three sponsorship deals for Gloucestershire County Cricket Club.
Bosses say the “substantial six-figure” agreements will deliver “far more than brand exposure.”
The deals include electric vehicle charging firm Easee becoming front-of-shirt sponsor for the club’s men’s and women’s Metro Bank One Day Cup 2026 teams.
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning company Haier HVAC is sponsoring the front of this season’s men’s and women’s Vitality Blast shirts, with luxury watch brand Christophe Duchamp acting as the club’s official watch partner for the 2026 season.
Adrian Wright, chief executive of Birmingham-based Sporting Group International – which previously secured Seat Unique as a club sponsor in 2021 – said: “We’re excited to have secured these three premium deals.
“These partnerships are all strong examples of how modern sports sponsorships can deliver far more than brand exposure.”
Under the terms of the deals, Easee’s partnership will see 25 smart electric vehicle charging points installed at the club’s Seat Unique Stadium by the Rapid Power Group, with Haier HVAC adding air conditioning and air-to-water heat pump technology to the club’s infrastructure.
Christophe Duchamp will create a club-branded watch for supporters.
Joe Kaniecki, Gloucestershire County Cricket Club’s head of partnerships, added: “We’ve been impressed by the premium sponsors Sporting Group International has attracted to the club.”
Earlier this month, Sporting Group International unveiled a Professional Darts Corporation deal to secure a sponsor for the game’s 170 ‘Big Fish’ checkout.
