Training provider Learning Curve Group appoints CEO
Independent training providers Learning Curve Group has appointed Tracey Fletcher-Ray as chief executive.
Durham-headquartered Learning Curve Group operates from more than 56 sites across England and Wales, supporting tens of thousands of learners each year and employing more than 800 people nationwide.
Tracey joins with senior leadership experience spanning education, healthcare and financial services, having previously held roles with organisations including ICI, Barclays and Bupa before leading a national specialist education group.
Her appointment comes as Learning Curve Group continues to expand its education, employability and skills programmes for learners, employers and communities across the UK.
She said: “What has stood out to me already about Learning Curve Group is the passion of colleagues and the strong sense of purpose across the organisation.
“I’m excited to be joining at such an important stage in the organisation’s journey and look forward to building on the strong foundations already in place.
“My focus will be on continuing to support quality, culture and sustainable growth, ensuring Learning Curve Group continues to make a meaningful impact for learners, employers and communities.
