Bradley Hall strengthens leadership team
National property consultancy Bradley Hall has announced a series of senior appointments and promotions as the business continues its expansion across the UK.
The changes strengthen the firm’s leadership team across commercial management, auctions, valuations, property services and asset management as Bradley Hall scales its integrated consultancy model nationwide.
Richard Rafique has been appointed group managing director and will oversee the company’s growing UK operations, focusing on strengthening collaboration across its commercial, valuation and management functions.
Helen Wall has been confirmed as managing director of auctions following the continued expansion of Bradley Hall Auctions across England and Wales, while Rish Rahane joins as senior block and estate property manager to support the firm’s growing residential asset management offering.
Elsewhere, Paul Andrew will lead the business’ Yorkshire expansion as director for Yorkshire, while Graeme Scott has been promoted to head of property management accounts, overseeing financial reporting and operational efficiency across the firm’s expanding portfolio.
Richard said: “The evolution of our leadership team is a major step in building a consultancy fit for the modern market.
“Each appointment adds fresh capability in core areas – data driven management, auctions, asset and property services, valuations, and regional growth.
“We have reached the point where our business needs to operate with the scale and sophistication of a national platform but maintain the local knowledge and agility that have always been our hallmark.
“These leaders bring the experience and drive to connect both.”
