Maskells adds senior property specialist

Prime central London estate agency Maskells has appointed Erik Holmgren as director as the firm continues to strengthen its senior leadership team and expand across key London markets.

Erik joins from Beauchamp Estates, where he spent six years, including establishing the agency’s Marbella office in 2024 after previously serving as head of lettings.

He also spent a decade at Chestertons, building extensive experience across the Mayfair and St James’s prime lettings market.

In his new role, Erik will support Maskells’ continued growth across prime central London, with a particular focus on strengthening the agency’s presence and expertise in Mayfair.

Established in 1965, Maskells specialises in residential sales, lettings and property management across Chelsea, Kensington and wider prime central London.
