Homebuilder set to unveil new show homes
A Northumberland housebuilder is preparing to showcase a new countryside housing development with the launch of two flagship show homes this weekend.
Ascent Homes will officially unveil the Brinkburn and Warkworth properties at its St Helen’s Gate development in Longhorsley during a two-day launch event this Saturday (May 30) and Sunday (31 May).
The scheme features 55 homes, including a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties, with detached houses and bungalows designed to appeal to a range of buyers.
St Helen’s Gate also introduces ten new house types to the company’s portfolio, with the development focused on spacious layouts, modern interiors and high-quality design.
Visitors attending the launch event will be able to explore the completed show homes, view plans for the wider development and speak with the sales team about the properties available.
Located in the Northumberland countryside, bosses say the development aims to combine village living with strong transport links and access to the coast and surrounding rural areas.
Steven Harrison, chief executive of Advance Northumberland, said: “This is an exciting opportunity for people to discover first-hand what this unique development has to offer, set within a truly beautiful countryside setting.
“We are delighted to be unveiling our new show homes at St Helen’s Gate and to welcome visitors to Longhorsley for the first opportunity to view them.
“These homes showcase the high-quality design, space and contemporary finish that buyers can expect across the site, as well as the variety available through our new range of house types.
“St Helen’s Gate offers the best of village living and we look forward to helping people find a home that suits their lifestyle.”
