S&W doubles office space in Manchester
A fast-growing accountancy and advisory firm has expanded its Manchester presence with a move to larger city centre offices.
S&W has relocated from Princess Street to new premises at Pall Mall on King Street, doubling its office space in the city.
Bosses say the move marks a significant investment in the firm’s Manchester operations and will provide extra capacity to support continued growth across the region.
They add the new office includes modern meeting rooms and access to shared collaboration and breakout areas, designed to improve the working environment for staff and clients.
Fiona Cresswell, partner in S&W’s Manchester office, said: “Our larger, modern city-centre office strengthens our presence in Manchester and reflects our growing ambition in the region.
“The new Pall Mall space provides a high-quality environment for our colleagues, supports closer collaboration, and helps us deepen client relationships across the city.”
Pall Mall, a Grade II-listed building, has recently undergone a major refurbishment by Bruntwood SciTech to create one of Manchester’s newest sustainable workspaces.
Staff and clients will also have access to facilities including a café, gym and roof terrace, supporting flexible working, wellbeing and collaboration.
Andrew Wilkes, chief executive at S&W, added: “We are delighted to have moved into our new, expanded offices at Pall Mall.
“This investment reflects our long-term commitment to the region and supports our growth strategy by increasing capacity, enabling us to serve our growing client base while continuing to attract top talent.”
