ARC Building Solutions appoints chief financial officer
Leeds-based passive fire protection and insulation specialist ARC Building Solutions has appointed Annabel Mantel as chief financial officer.
Annabel brings more than 20 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, with a strong track record of supporting transaction-led businesses through growth and successful exits.
She joins from home security specialist Brisant-Secure, where she served as finance director and later managing director, helping to deliver a threefold increase in EBITDA before the company’s sale to Allegion International in 2025.
Annabel said: “This is an exciting time to be joining ARC.
“LDC’s investment creates an incredible opportunity to build on ARC’s existing success and take it to the next level.
“I am proud to be a part of the leadership team tasked with making this happen.
“I’m looking forward to helping ARC scale through organic growth and targeted acquisitions, whilst retaining the great ethos and culture that underpins ARC’s success.”
Annabel’s appointment follows the recent arrival of Andy Yates as chief operations officer and comes after ARC secured investment from private equity firm LDC to support expansion across production, systems and commercial operations.
Neil Weeks, chief executive of ARC Building Solutions, added: “Annabel’s expertise will be a real asset to us.
“It is vital we have the strongest possible senior leadership team in what will be a pivotal phase for the business.
“As we continue to invest in our capabilities and expand the business, Annabel’s expertise will be key to ensuring we grow in a way that is both sustainable and aligned with what our customers need.”
