IT firm 'plugged in for growth' with HQ switch
An IT and cybersecurity support firm is eyeing growth with a headquarters expansion.
One2Call is switching to a base at Sheffield’s Jessops Riverside.
Bosses say the 6000sq ft site – which will replace a Holbrook Business Park hub – will help the company better meet rising demand.
Founded in 2007 by Danny Kirkby and Nick Bass, the firm counts Sheffield Wednesday Football Club, Sheffield United Football Club, Bella Italia and Las Iguanas among its client list.
Nick, managing director of 30-plus-staff One2Call, said: “We’ve grown enormously, both in the size of our team and the range of what we do for clients.
“As our client base has grown, face-to-face collaboration and consultative working have become more important than ever, and our new premises is built around exactly that.
“This move places us in a thriving location in Sheffield, close to growing businesses and further opportunities.”
The company was supported by real estate firm Knight Frank.
Partner Peter Whiteley, who leads the operator’s Sheffield team, said: “One2Call’s focus on the office base had changed during its growth.
“It was important it was able to house staff on one site with an open office for better communication.”
