IT equipment recycler invests in major tech drive
An IT equipment recycling and disposal firm has bolstered its technology platform to meet rising customer clamour.
Restore Technology has rolled out device lifecycle management operations across its Birmingham and Runcorn sites.
Officials say the move will satisfy “surging customer demand for asset management” from deployment to end-of-life removal across a wider geographical footprint.
They add the expansion, which includes “significant IT upgrades and processing station installations”, will build on work already carried out at the firm’s Bedford headquarters.
Quentin Jackson, sales director, said: “We support customers from the moment devices are deployed, through every move, change or upgrade to secure end-of-life disposal or value recovery.
“That is becoming increasingly important as organisations manage more distributed IT estates, hybrid workforces and complex compliance requirements.
“By investing in full-scale device lifecycle management operations in Birmingham and Runcorn, we can give customers greater national coverage, faster support and reassurance that their assets are being managed securely.”
