Hargreaves Land expands strategic land team
Durham-headquartered property and regeneration specialist Hargreaves Land has appointed Rob Moore as senior strategic land and planning manager as it continues to expand its strategic land operations.
Rob joins the business from Keepmoat Homes, where he spent almost five years, following a further eight years with Savills.
A chartered surveyor and chartered town planner, he brings extensive experience in land acquisition, planning and development.
Based at the firm’s Leeds office, Rob will focus on identifying new strategic land opportunities across the Midlands, working with landowners through promotion agreements and managing planning and land sale processes.
He said: “I’m delighted to be joining the strategic land team at Hargreaves Land during such an exciting period of growth for the business.
“I’m really looking forward to working closely with the team, our landowners and their agents.”
Part of North East-headquartered Hargreaves Services Plc, Hargreaves Land continues to invest in its specialist team as it supports development projects and regeneration opportunities across the UK.
Steve McBurney, strategic land director at Hargreaves Land, added: “Rob is a great addition to the team.
“Rob brings his extensive knowledge, experience and strong track record that will help us continue to grow our impressive strategic land portfolio and geographical coverage.
“We look forward to growing our team further in the near future.”
