S&W appoints new chief financial officer
Professional services group S&W has appointed Liliana Solomon as chief financial officer as it continues its growth trajectory.
Liliana joins the business with extensive financial leadership experience across international, private equity-backed and regulated organisations.
Most recently, she served as group chief financial officer at Waystone, having previously spent five years as group chief financial officer at Awaze.
She has also held a number of non-executive directorships, including roles with OMIO, Metro Cash & Carry and Trustly.
Liliana said: “I’m excited to join S&W at a time of significant opportunity.
“With a strong platform in place and clear backing for further expansion, the firm is well positioned to scale and evolve.
“I look forward to working with Andrew Wilkes and the rest of the executive team to help realise the firm’s growth ambitions.”
Liliana succeeds Andrew Baddeley, who will retire from the firm in September.
The pair will work together over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition as S&W strengthens its leadership team for the next phase of growth.
Andrew Wilkes, chief executive at S&W, added: “I am delighted to welcome Liliana to S&W and look forward to the experience and leadership she brings as we continue to build and grow S&W.
“Her background reflects deep expertise working with fast‑growing organisations.
“I would also like to thank Andrew Baddeley for his considerable contribution during a pivotal period for the firm, supporting the separation from Evelyn Partners and the establishment of S&W.”
