Beyond Housing appoints customer experience director
Tees Valley and North Yorkshire-based housing association Beyond Housing has appointed Liz Lamb as executive director of customer experience as it continues to strengthen services for customers across its homes and communities.
Liz brings more than 25 years of experience in customer insight, data strategy, customer experience and operational leadership.
Throughout her career, she has helped organisations improve services, strengthen customer engagement and develop strategies driven by customer feedback and insight.
She joins Beyond Housing from cardfactory, where she served as director of insight and customer experience, leading customer contact operations and the organisation’s customer experience strategy.
In her new role, Liz will oversee Beyond Housing’s plans to enhance customer experience and ensure customer needs remain central to decision-making and service delivery.
