HJ Consulting Engineers expands team
Yorkshire-based HJ Consulting Engineers has strengthened its team with three appointments as it continues to invest in growth across the UK.
Mani Ghomi has joined as technical director for civil engineering, bringing more than 40 years of experience from senior roles with leading civil and structural engineering consultancies.
He will provide technical leadership across projects while supporting the development of the firm's civil engineering team.
The company has also appointed Dennis Tomlinson-Wrenn as structural engineer and Sun Myung as finance assistant.
The appointments come as HJ Consulting Engineers targets revenues of more than £2.5 million over the next 12 months.
The company plans further recruitment as it expands its presence across the commercial, telecoms, transportation and geoenvironmental sectors.
Managing director Andrew Fairburn said: “This is an exciting time for us as we pursue growth, introduce new services and continue to take on increasingly challenging and ambitious schemes as the business matures.
“Mani, Dennis and Sun Myung are highly regarded professionals, who embody the values and ambition of the firm.
“Their appointments are a welcome boost to operations and reflect the strength and depth of talent we are bringing to the business.”
