PayByPhone appoints customer experience chief
Hatfield-based mobile parking payments provider PayByPhone has appointed Terri Butler-Lee as global director of customer experience and support as it continues its international growth.
Based in the UK, Terri will lead the company's global customer service, care and support operations, with responsibility for enhancing customer journeys and supporting users across its markets worldwide.
She joins from fashion ecommerce retailer ASOS, where she spent a decade in a number of senior leadership roles focused on customer care, digital innovation and team development.
Terri brings more than 20 years of experience in customer experience, operational transformation and digital support services.
She said: “I am thrilled to be joining PayByPhone at such an exciting stage of its growth journey.
“It is a privilege to lead the customer experience strategy for a company that actively simplifies everyday journeys for millions of people worldwide.
“I look forward to supporting a culture of operational excellence and continuing to enhance the digital customer experience as we innovate together.”
Terri’s appointment forms part of PayByPhone's ongoing investment in customer experience as the business continues to expand its mobile parking platform and strengthen support for drivers around the world.
