ZEDRA appoints corporate development chief

Global professional services provider ZEDRA has appointed Tristan Craddock as chief corporate development officer as it accelerates its growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions.

Tristan joins the executive committee and brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate development and business growth. He joins from Anthesis Group, where he most recently served as global chief development officer.

In his new role, Tristan will lead ZEDRA’s corporate development team and oversee the identification, acquisition and integration of businesses to support the company’s long-term expansion plans.

Tristan said: “I’m thrilled to be joining ZEDRA at such a pivotal and exciting time. 

“The business has built a strong reputation and a high-quality platform and is well positioned to accelerate in a supportive market. 

“I’m looking forward to working closely with Dean, the board, our investors and colleagues across the business to build on these foundations – expanding our footprint and evolving our offering in line with where our clients need us most.”
