Recruitment tech firm hails 'seismic' system launch
A recruitment software firm says it is eyeing growth following a “seismic” tech launch.
Mobile Rocket has unveiled an artificial intelligence-driven system.
The company, based in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, says the move will “drive its expansion into the permanent jobs market”.
Known as the Applicant Tracking System, it says the technology will keep “every aspect of recruitment under one roof”, with software generating job adverts and multi-post vacancies across well-known employment sites.
Adam Lee, founder of the business, whose clients include Amazon and the NHS, said: “We’ve spent years building safe and strong temporary recruitment platforms, and that side of the business will only keep growing, but the Applicant Tracking System marks a seismic shift in direction.
“Agencies increasingly want a single platform capable of managing both temporary and permanent recruitment, and that’s exactly what our system delivers.
“For recruitment teams, it means less admin, better candidate engagement and faster placements.
“But it also acts as a brand guardian, ensuring that every user – be it the recruiter or the applicant – has a positive experience.”
