Estate agency expands with capital agreement

An estate agency and chartered surveyor has expanded with a takeover.

Dexters has bought Fraser & Co.

The London-based firm says the swoop for its fellow capital city operator will “accelerate” the group’s growth plans.

It adds the deal for Fraser & Co – which has four London offices and a base in Hong Kong – adds “substantial experience in the prime property market”.

The agreement has added more than 30 staff to Dexters’ 2400-strong capital team.

Founded in 1995, Fraser & Co supports tenants, landlords, sellers and house buyers.

Operating from West End, City & Shoreditch, Kew Bridge & Brentford and Colindale offices, it also runs a Paddington-based property management team.

Ash Kashyap, Dexters’ chief executive, said: “We are delighted to welcome Fraser & Co.

“Over the last three decades, the agency has grown from a family-run business to establish itself as a trusted and highly respected agency delivering outstanding service to prime property clients across the capital and internationally.”

Robert Fraser, managing director of Fraser & Co, added: “Dexters has continuously proven to be a market leader; we are excited for this next chapter in our story.”
