Lakeside Village kicks off anniversary partnership
A Doncaster shopping destination is marking its 30th anniversary by extending a longstanding partnership.
Lakeside Village Outlet Shopping has renewed its 100Club Bronze partnership with Club Doncaster for 2026, continuing a relationship that has become part of the wider Lakeside community.
The outlet centre, which first opened in 1996, will continue to be featured at the Eco-Power Stadium throughout the year.
Lyndsey Parry, centre manager at Lakeside Village, said: “As we celebrate an incredible 30 years at Lakeside Village and 20 years since the stadium was officially handed over, it feels only right to continue our partnership with one of our closest neighbours and biggest community allies.
“We’ve grown and evolved alongside and together we’ve created countless opportunities for families, fans and visitors to enjoy great experiences both at the centre and at the stadium.
“Marking this anniversary year with a renewed commitment to Club Doncaster reflects everything Lakeside Village stands for – community, collaboration and making Doncaster a brilliant place to live, work and visit.”
Laura Hemstock, head of sales at Club Doncaster, added: “We’re proud to continue our long-standing relationship with Lakeside Village during such a significant milestone year.
“Their commitment to the local community aligns perfectly with our own values, and this partnership continues to create meaningful opportunities to engage supporters and families across Doncaster.
“We’re excited to build on what we’ve achieved together and play a part in their 30th anniversary celebrations.”
The partnership extension comes as Doncaster Rovers launch a new home kit inspired by the design worn when players first walked out at the Keepmoat Stadium 20 years ago.
As part of the renewed agreement, Lakeside Village will welcome visits from players and mascot Donny Dog during its anniversary celebrations.
The centre, which is home to more than 45 stores, including Next, M&S, Clarks Outlet, Skechers, The Body Shop and Radley, is preparing a programme of 30th birthday activity, including summer family events, giveaways and a major celebration on August 15.
Lyndsey added: “Our partnership with Club Doncaster is about more than sponsorship, it’s about being part of the culture and spirit that defines the Lakeside area.
“We’re proud to stand alongside the club in this milestone year and look forward to celebrating together with fans, shoppers and the community throughout 2026.”
