Benifex creates chief advisory role
Employee benefits and reward technology company Benifex has appointed Gethin Nadin as chief advisory officer, a newly created role designed to support the business’s continued global expansion.
Based across London and New York, Benifex has promoted Gethin after more than 15 years with the company, most recently serving as chief innovation officer.
During his tenure, he has helped guide the business from an early-stage start-up to a global organisation serving thousands of employers.
In his new role, Gethin will advise the board and executive team, lead the company’s research and thought leadership agenda, and support growth across international markets, particularly in the US.
An author, psychologist and HR specialist, Gethin is also an executive fellow at King’s Business School and regularly advises the UK Government on workplace and organisational issues.
He said: “My new role is much more than just a title change.
“I will be dedicating my time toward connecting insight and evidence into clear positioning in the market.
“Employers are dealing with more complexity than ever, so it’s increasingly important that they have partners they can trust to guide them through workforce change at scale.”
Gethin’s appointment reflects Benifex’s continued investment in supporting employers with benefits, wellbeing and employee experience strategies worldwide.
Mathieu Stevenson, chief executive at Benifex, added: “This role reflects the next stage of our growth.
“As we expand globally, particularly in the US, it’s essential that our strategy, products, and customer conversations are informed by deep insight into how employers are changing.
“Gethin plays a critical role in helping Benifex lead the market, not react to it.”
