monday.com promotes EMEA chief

Work management software company monday.com has promoted Ben Barnett to general manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa as it continues its rapid regional expansion.

Based in London, Ben has been with the business for five years and previously led significant growth across the UK and Ireland. 

He brings a decade of experience in senior B2B software sales roles.

In his new position, Ben will oversee monday.com’s EMEA go-to-market strategy, strengthen strategic partnerships and support the growth of the company’s newly launched AI work platform.

Ben said: “EMEA has been one of monday.com’s most exciting growth stories, and I’ve had the privilege of living it from the inside. 

“It’s a unique privilege to be afforded the opportunity to lead a region with such a broad business and cultural history and nuance, bound together by a shared spirit of industry and enterprise. 

“As we move now into an AI-powered age, I’m proud to step into this general manager role and bring our customers the tools and advice they need to harness technology in a way, and at a speed, that works for them.”

Ben’s promotion comes during a strong period of growth for monday.com, which reported 26 per cent year-on-year revenue growth across EMEA in 2025. 

The business has also expanded its London headquarters and increased its presence in Europe with offices in Paris and Munich, employing more than 2250 people across the region.
