SQE bolsters leadership team

London-based energy supply platform SQE has strengthened its leadership team with two senior appointments and a key executive promotion as it continues to scale its operations across the industrial and commercial energy market.

The company has appointed Kelly Power as head of TPI sales and Gemma Newsham as head of customer operations, while Glyn Britton has been promoted from chief marketing officer to chief experience officer.

Kelly joins with 25 years of experience in the energy sector, including more than a decade leading indirect sales at TotalEnergies. 

She will focus on developing SQE's broker sales network and expanding its reach through third-party intermediaries.

Gemma brings more than 20 years of experience spanning customer operations, regulation and compliance, having most recently led customer operations at SNRG. 

She will oversee the scaling of customer onboarding, billing and service delivery functions.

Meanwhile, Glyn’s promotion will see him take responsibility for brand, product, customer experience and go-to-market activities as SQE continues to grow.

The appointments follow SQE’s relaunch from Squeaky Energy in 2025 and support the company's ambition to expand its technology-led energy supply platform for industrial and commercial customers.
