Consultancy 'invests in future' with base revamp

A leadership development consultancy has hailed its growth potential after completing a £1.2 million headquarters revamp.

T2 has opened a people performance centre.

The operator says the Hull Fruit Market base “reflects a decade of growth and ambitions for the years ahead”.

They add the 6000sq ft, three-storey hub will “set a new standard for how leadership development is delivered and experienced”.

Founded by former Royal Navy serviceman Martin Johnson, the business has grown to a team of 12, with clients including Manchester United, the INEOS Grenadiers cycling team and Specsavers.

Chief executive Martin said: “The vision for this building has always been to create somewhere that immediately tells delegates that we mean business.

“Owning this building, and investing significantly in it to make it a perfect fit for our business, marks another major milestone.

“It gives us the platform to deliver an exceptional client experience, to grow our team and to keep pushing the boundaries of leadership development.”

The building’s makeover was delivered by Hull-based commercial interior design business RFD.

Its first floor houses client-facing delivery spaces, which are complemented by further training rooms, a virtual delivery suite, a one-to-one coaching and meeting room, a communal breakout area and a larger top-floor training space.

Martin added: “We’ve invested heavily in making every space in this building work, for our clients and our team.”
