Recruitment firm eyes growth with office switch
A recruitment agency is targeting growth after an office switch.
Resolute Recruitment has moved into the Business Innovation Centre, in Binley, part of the University of Warwick Science Park.
Bosses believe the move could help the firm double in size over the next few years.
Founded in 2020 by Steve Borondy and Mark Knight, the company places candidates into transport and engineering roles.
It has moved its five-strong team into the centre following a search for a more suitable base, with the professional and collaborative environment expected to support future expansion.
Steve said: “As a recruitment business, relationships are everything.
“We wanted an office that would create a positive first impression and make people feel comfortable as soon as they walked through the door.
“When we visited the Business Innovation Centre, it immediately felt different.
“It felt like a place where our team could enjoy coming to work every day, which is incredibly important.
“The recruitment market is challenging at the moment, particularly when it comes to finding high-quality candidates.
“Despite those challenges, we're very optimistic about the future.
“We have built excellent relationships within the transport and engineering sectors, and our advertising strategy continues to generate strong results.
“Moving into the Business Innovation Centre gives us a platform to build on that success.
“We are confident that we can double the size of our team over the next two to three years and continue expanding our presence across the industries we serve.”
Emma Turner, centre manager at the Business Innovation Centre, added: “We are delighted to welcome the Resolute Recruitment team to the Business Innovation Centre and to support them at an exciting stage in their growth journey.
“Their ambitions align perfectly with the collaborative and innovation-led environment we aim to foster, and we look forward to seeing the team develop and thrive in the years ahead.”
