V7 Industrial strengthens asset management team
Industrial asset and development management specialist V7 Industrial has appointed James Berry as senior asset manager as the business continues to expand its activities across the UK.
Based in the company’s Manchester office, James will be responsible for delivering asset management strategies across V7's portfolio, with a focus on driving value and supporting long-term performance.
He joins from Indurent, where he gained experience managing and executing asset management initiatives across a substantial industrial and logistics portfolio.
James said: “V7 has an established platform and is building a strong reputation for delivering results through implementing an intense asset management strategy.

James’ appointment comes as V7 Industrial continues to grow its presence nationwide and expand its work with investment and development partners.
