S&W appoints business tax partner
Fast-growing professional services group S&W has appointed Imran Khan as a partner in its business tax practice as it continues to invest in its specialist tax offering.
Imran brings extensive experience advising UK and international businesses on transfer pricing and international tax matters.
During his career, he has worked with organisations across sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals, retail, FMCG, manufacturing and distribution.
He has particular expertise supporting mid-market businesses, including privately owned and private equity-backed companies, helping them develop transfer pricing strategies to support international expansion.
Imran said: “I’m very pleased to be joining S&W at such an exciting time and keen to help grow our already strong business tax practice.
“Over the years, I have supported businesses across a wide range of industries, and in recent years have focused on helping mid‑market businesses build scalable and sustainable approaches to transfer pricing as they grow internationally.
“My approach is always to understand what clients need and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.
“I’m looking forward immensely to working with colleagues across the firm to best support our clients’ ambitions.”
Imran’s appointment further strengthens S&W’s business tax team as the firm continues to support clients navigating increasingly complex international tax requirements.
Mark Webb, head of business tax at S&W, added: “Imran’s appointment is another important step in the continued growth of our business tax practice.
“His deep expertise in transfer pricing and experience advising mid‑market and private equity‑backed businesses will be highly valuable to our clients as they navigate international expansion and increasing complexity in the global tax landscape.
“We are delighted to welcome him to S&W.”
