Developer backed to create capital city scheme

A real estate and development firm has been backed to deliver a capital city scheme.

Global Holdings Management Group has secured planning approval for a London venture.

The operator says the Soho endeavour – known as 10 Great Pulteney Street – will transform the former Microsoft, Nokia and Boohoo headquarters site into “a first-rate building”, complete with 42,000sq ft of office space and a 10,250sq ft retail unit.Ww

Work is earmarked to start later this year, with the site operational in 2028.

Global Holdings Group – which secured approval for the development from Westminster City Council – bought the building in 2024.

Josh Lawrence, chief executive, said: “10 Great Pulteney Street is an opportunity to do what we do best: transform an unloved asset in a great area into a first-rate office building.

“This building is especially exciting: together with our architects and development team, we have designed a property that will exceed the needs and expectations of blue-chip occupiers looking for office space in Soho or Mayfair.”

Morris + Company has redesigned the building, with Bluebook appointed leasing agent.
