Anderson Rose bolsters London team
London estate agency Anderson Rose has restructured its prime central London team, promoting Fin Chesterman to head of prime central London and welcoming Archie Gillies to the division.
Fin joined the business in 2025 following roles at James Pendleton and JLL, while Archie moves across from the firm’s Tower Bridge office as Anderson Rose strengthens its presence across the capital's prime residential market.
Fin said: “Anderson Rose is a fantastic estate agency with a growing presence in prime central London and an excellent track record, so I’m very excited to now be leading this team.
“I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and solutions to clients and believe my in-depth market knowledge and approach will help contribute to the future success of the company.”
Founder and managing director Jon Byers will oversee the division as the agency looks to enhance its offering across key locations including Mayfair, Belgravia, Marylebone, Kensington and Chelsea, while supporting further expansion across London.
The leadership changes form part of Anderson Rose’s growth plans as the business continues to expand its reach across the capital.
Jon added: “After five years of steady growth this is an important step for Anderson Rose’s Prime Central London office.
“We are thrilled to announce Fin Chesterman as head of PCL and look forward to seeing him drive the team onto new heights.
“Whilst I continue to oversee the business as a whole I will be focusing my efforts to support the PCL office, whilst also engaging exciting plans to expand our offering to new reaches of prime London.
“Fin has spent his entire career in property, so his knowledge and expertise will prove valuable to the next phase of Anderson Rose’s growth in PCL.
“Archie, who joins Fin from the Tower Bridge office, has grown with the business and is proving to be an exceptional operator, which is testament to our commitment to support and promote from within.”
