Gateley RJA expands national clerk of works team
Property and construction consultancy Gateley RJA has strengthened its national clerk of works team with the appointments of Dan Cook, Alex Turpin and Duncan Bremner.
Dan joins as technical director, bringing 25 years’ construction management experience gained with housebuilders including Bellway Homes, Morris Homes, Barratt Redrow and William Davis Homes.
Based at the firm’s Market Harborough office, he will lead the national clerk of works team.
Alex joins as assistant clerk of works, supporting projects across the South East, while Duncan brings 30 years’ construction experience to strengthen the consultancy’s inspection services across the Midlands and North.
The appointments further enhance Gateley RJA’s national clerk of works offering as it continues to support residential and commercial developments across the UK.
Hardeep Kooner, board director at Gateley RJA, said: “Over the last six years, our national team has grown to 21 people, as demand for clerk of works services continues to increase in response to growing regulatory pressure across the construction industry to meet strict quality and safety requirements.
“This is the first time we have appointed both technical director and assistant roles, reflecting our continued investment in, and commitment to, establishing a dedicated clerk of works offering as part of our wider growth strategy.
“All three appointments bring extensive industry experience, and we’re looking forward to seeing Dan settle into his role and continue to drive the team forward, providing outstanding services for clients while also supporting the winning of new work.”
