LAVA Advisory expands senior leadership team

London-based mergers and acquisitions advisory firm LAVA Advisory Partners has promoted Tom Rowe-Jones to partner as it continues to expand its senior leadership team.

Tom becomes the firm’s fourth partner, having joined LAVA as associate director in 2021 following roles with Accenture and Deloitte’s M&A Operations team.

He has advised corporate and private equity clients across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in business services and aerospace and defence, supporting a number of significant transactions.

Tom said: “I’m so proud to have taken the step up to partner at LAVA.

“It is a truly special place where we thrive on bringing new ideas to the table, and it’s really important to me to be able to protect and grow what we’ve built so it can benefit the next generations of clients and colleagues as we drive LAVA forward.”

The promotion supports LAVA Advisory Partners’ five-year growth strategy and reflects the firm’s continued investment in developing senior talent as it expands its specialist M&A offering.
