Paymentshield strengthens sales leadership team
UK general insurance provider Paymentshield has strengthened its sales leadership team with the promotion of Alistair Brown to head of national sales and key accounts, alongside the appointments of Sophie Johnson-Fyles and Alec Goodwin as business development managers.
Alistair brings more than 30 years’ industry experience and will work closely with the company’s largest partners to support growth and enhance adviser engagement.
He said: “We’re focused on responding in both a practical and supportive way to the pressures advisers face such as time constraints, competing priorities and a market often driven by price, with many customers still progressing through the mortgage journey without the protection they truly need.
“It also means staying close to the wider market – listening, learning, and adapting – in order to continue addressing adviser needs and reflecting broader industry demands.”
Meanwhile, Sophie and Alec will work directly with authorised firms, providing guidance and connecting partners with Paymentshield’s wider marketing and support teams.
Their appointments reinforce Paymentshield’s commitment to supporting advisers and strengthening partnerships as it continues to grow its general insurance offering.
Alistair added: “Strong partnerships are built through collaboration, shared knowledge and a clear understanding of what advisers need to succeed.
“By working closely with our partners and bringing together expertise from across the business, we can continue to deliver the support, insight and solutions that help advisers maximise their performance and grow their GI business.”
