EdTech firm eyes growth after headquarters move
A Harrogate-based education technology company has relocated to new headquarters to support its continued growth.
Education technology business PASS has agreed a letting at 2 Victoria Avenue, with strategic property and construction advisors Fox Lloyd Jones acting on behalf of landlord High Point Estates Ltd.
PASS develops digital products and services for schools, colleges, training providers and learners across the UK through its Pass and Pass Learn brands.
The move follows recent private equity investment, which has supported the company’s growth plans, including expanding its product offering and workforce.
Bosses say the new headquarters will provide additional space to accommodate future recruitment and ongoing business development.
Oliver Naylor, co-founder of PASS, said: “Having worked with Harry, Bethan and others across the Fox Lloyd Jones team, we were quickly able to evaluate the commercial aspects of the deal and gain a good understanding of how the space could work for us.
“The process was professional throughout, and we’re delighted to have secured a fantastic office that will support the continued growth of PASS and Pass Learn over the coming years.”
Bethan Linehan, senior surveyor at Fox Lloyd Jones, added: “We’re pleased to have secured a successful outcome for High Point Estates, bringing a high-quality occupier into 2 Victoria Avenue.
“The letting demonstrates the continued demand for well-located office accommodation in Harrogate and the confidence that growing businesses have in the town as a place to invest, recruit and expand.”
