Corporate restructuring firm Leonard Curtis has announced 28 promotions across its UK and offshore offices, reflecting its continued investment in people development.
The promotions span eight offices and six departments, including Sophie Smith’s appointment as director in the firm’s Guernsey office, marking further investment in its offshore capabilities.
The Bury office accounts for the largest number of promotions, with Alex Kay promoted to manager; Ben Bardsley, Ben Hopwood, Catherine Ormerod and Emma Hartley to assistant manager; and Emma Edgar and James Parsonage to senior manager.
Isabelle Messenger and Russell Vilanueva have also progressed to senior administrator, while Mariam Asif, Myles Thompson, Nia Park, Rachel Roscoe, Redvers Rowson and Ross Heald become administrators.
Meanwhile, Nara Fullbrook has been promoted to senior manager within the HR team in Bury, while Allison Whyborn becomes compliance assistant manager.
Elsewhere, Jodie Hollinshead and Sam Kaye have been promoted to administrator in Birmingham; Natasha Phillmore to senior administrator and Oliver Kennedy to manager in London; Charlotte Thompson to senior administrator in Bristol; Elaine Holland and Shannon Jones to assistant manager in Sheffield; and Sarah Gray to senior relationship manager in the North East.
Rebecca Angell has also been promoted to senior marketing executive within the firm’s London-based marketing team.
Catherine Reynolds, HR director, said: “At Leonard Curtis, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
“Promotions like these are to recognise hard work, personal commitment and genuinely making a difference.
“When we develop talent from within, we strengthen the culture, deepen client relationships, and build the kind of business we can all be proud of.
“Congratulations to everyone promoted this year.
“You've earned it, and I look forward to seeing everything you go on to achieve.”
The promotions follow 27 interim promotions over the past year as Leonard Curtis continues to invest in its people and support its growth plans.
Chief executive Dan Booth added: “Our success as a business is in the hands of our people...it’s that simple.
“Giving them opportunities, watching their progress and seeing their impact on the firm’s expansion is a great privilege and something we are very proud of.”
