Tendra appoints head of M&A

Tendra Technical Services, a Wilmslow-headquartered technical services group, has appointed Olly Cutting as head of M&A to lead its acquisition strategy as the business continues to expand.

Established by the Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund II in December 2025, Tendra is building a national group of technical services businesses serving the built environment sector. 

In his new role, Olly will oversee all mergers and acquisitions activity, supporting the company’s ambition to bring together high-performing businesses and provide them with the investment, technology and operational support needed for long-term growth.

A qualified accountant, Olly brings extensive experience in private equity and corporate acquisitions. 

He joins from home services company Hometree, where he served as director of M&A and led the acquisition of OVO Home Services while helping secure strategic investment that significantly expanded the group. 

Prior to that, he held an investor role with UK equity investment firm BGF.

Tendra currently comprises The James Mercer Group, Fletchers Engineering, Coat Facilities Group and Dynamic FM, bringing together businesses with expertise across technical services for the built environment. 

Olly’s appointment reflects the company’s commitment to accelerating its growth strategy through targeted acquisitions as it continues to strengthen its presence across the UK.
