Accountancy firm boosts portfolio with takeover
An accountancy and business advisory firm has expanded.
Xeinadin has added PRB Accountants to its portfolio.
The national operator says the Sussex-based practice will “strengthen its ability to support clients through access to additional audit, compliance and specialist expertise”.
Under the terms of the deal, PRB Accountants’ Haywards Heath office will remain open and overseen by its existing leadership team.
Founded in 1990, PRB Accountants’ 18-strong team provides tax, payroll, company secretarial and business advisory services.
Derry Crowley, chief executive at London-headquartered Xeinadin, said: “PRB Accountants has built a strong reputation through the quality of its client relationships and the practical advice it provides to businesses across Sussex.”
Partner Chris Whitley-Jones, who leads PRB Accountants alongside Simon Power, Kim Ayling and Kelly Hartney, added: “Our priority was finding a long-term home that was right for clients and our team.
“Joining Xeinadin allows us to continue operating in the way that has always worked for us, providing a personal and responsive service, while giving us access to additional expertise and support behind the scenes.”
The deal comes just weeks after Xeinadin added Bournemouth-based Alan W Simons & Co and Blackpool insolvency practice Campbell Crossley & Davis to its stable.
