Property services firm expands with takeover
A property services firm has expanded with a takeover.
The Momentum Group has bought Central Property Management Liverpool.
The business says the “milestone” move for the residential block manager will “broaden its skillset and client base as it focuses on further expansion”.
It adds the swoop will “significantly strengthen” The Momentum Group’s residential property arm – which covers Liverpool and London – by adding “established” management systems and “valuable knowledge”.
Under the terms of the deal, Central Property Management Liverpool will operate under its existing name within The Momentum Group, with its team remaining in place.
Founded in 2011, Central Property Management Liverpool oversees mixed-use and residential buildings, which include the West Tower development in its home city.
Chris Bliss, The Momentum Group co-founder, said: “This acquisition makes two already strong businesses even stronger, capable of achieving even greater things for their clients.
“This creates a great platform from which to grow.”
Lisa Duffy, Central Property Management Liverpool co-founder, added: “Joining The Momentum Group marks the start of the next chapter in our journey.
“It gives us the platform, resources and expertise to deepen our impact within the Liverpool property market.”
