E-commerce firm expands with American acquisition

An e-commerce group has expanded across the Atlantic.

Fluence Collective has bought US-based Class A Media.

Bosses say the swoop for the New York-headquartered email marketing agency “creates an exciting platform for further growth” across the North American country.

They add the deal will unite Class A Media with Fluence Collective’s email marketing agency Sendfluence, which will “create a team focused on helping e-commerce brands generate more revenue through email marketing, SMS and retention strategy”.

Founded in 2024, London-based Fluence Collective works with clients including Diary of a CEO, David Gandy Wellwear and The Harmonist.

Class A Media has supported more than 300 brands and generated in excess of $250 million in email-attributed revenue.

Michael Bush, Fluence Collective co-founder, said: “This acquisition marks the beginning of the next phase of growth for the group.

“Class A Media stood out because of the quality of its work, its reputation within the e-commerce market and the strength of the team behind it.

“We’re excited to strengthen our presence in the US market.”
