Watson expands property management team

Property management specialist Watson has strengthened its North East operations with the appointment of property manager Kath Simpson, as the business continues to invest in its regional growth.

Kath brings more than 20 years’ experience managing residential blocks, estates and mixed-use developments across the North East.

She has held a variety of roles throughout her career, progressing from customer service representative to regional manager, and holds associate and member qualifications with The Property Institute.

In her new role, Kath will support freehold, resident management company (RMC) and right to manage (RTM) clients across Newcastle, Gateshead, Northumberland, South Tyneside and the wider North East.

She will focus on delivering proactive property management while building long-term relationships with clients.

Kath said: “What initially attracted me to Watson was its employee-owned structure and the culture that comes with it. 

“From my first conversations with the directors and the wider team, it was clear this was a business that genuinely values both its people and its clients.

“It just felt like the right place to be.

“I pride myself on delivering the very best service I can.

Her appointment forms part of Watson’s continued investment in expanding its local presence and strengthening support for existing and future clients across the region.
