MFM appoints marketing lead
London-headquartered integrated media agency MFM has appointed Lucy Crowther as head of marketing.
Reporting to chief strategy officer Dan Gee, Lucy will lead the agency’s marketing and communications function, with responsibility for raising MFM's profile, supporting business development and driving growth across its UK and Northern Europe operations.
She will also help support the agency’s planned international expansion.
Lucy joins from independent media and creative agency Beyond, where she served as marketing and growth director.
She previously held marketing and new business roles at Havas and integrated creative agency TMW Unlimited, bringing experience across media, creative, customer experience and production.
Lucy said: “I’m thrilled to be joining MFM at such an exciting stage in its journey.
“The agency is redefining how creative agencies harness the power of media by bringing planning and buying closer to the creative process, empowering agencies and their clients through a truly integrated approach.
“MFM has built impressive momentum, and I look forward to raising the agency's profile, strengthening its proposition and helping to drive the next phase of growth alongside an incredibly talented team.”
Lucy’s appointment comes as MFM continues to invest in its growth strategy, with the agency looking to strengthen its presence across existing markets while preparing for further international expansion.
Dan added: “We are incredibly excited to have Lucy joining MFM.
“As an agency that believes in unleashing the full effect of great ideas for our clients, it was critical that we found someone who would manifest a similar ethos in how we tell our own story in market.
“Lucy brings the passion, craft and discipline to the role that will help us do that at a critical stage of our growth.”
