Warehousing firm takes lead with dog brand deal
A warehousing and distribution firm has bagged a pet brand partnership.
3PL is working with online dog accessories company Wagging Rights.
And bosses say the alliance has already delivered significant improvements by clearing a 2200-strong order backlog within a week.
They add the partnership is now providing “proactive day-to-day support” across back orders and deliveries of the business’ flagship vehicle dog travel bed, which is “ensuring stability while Wagging Rights focuses on growth.”
Dan Wood, head of business development at Wigan-headquartered 3PL, said: “From the moment Wagging Rights came on board, the team moved quickly to understand the challenge and allocate the right resources to support them.
“Within days, we were live and fulfilling at scale, clearing a significant backlog in a very short timeframe.”
