Deanhouse promotes two directors
West Yorkshire joinery manufacturer Deanhouse Group has promoted Stephen Rochester and Dominic Jones to its board as commercial director and operations director, respectively.
Stephen joined the business as commercial manager in 2023 and has played a key role in shaping its commercial strategy, while Dominic joined four years ago as contracts manager before progressing to operations manager, overseeing project delivery and supporting the company’s growing team.
Stephen said: “My focus now is less on where we are and more on where we’re going.
“We only ever say no to a client if we genuinely can’t do it – that’s what gives people the confidence to keep coming back to us.”
Dominic added: “I’m proud to step into this role after growing with the business over the last four years.
“Getting through an exceptionally busy 2025 with the team intact showed me exactly what this business is capable of, and it’s the quality, attention to detail and culture we need to protect to keep scaling.”
The promotions come as Deanhouse continues a period of rapid growth, with turnover increasing from £1.85 million in 2022 to £5.5 million in 2025.
The business is forecasting revenue of £8.5 million this financial year and has expanded its workforce from 12 to 40 employees over the same period.
Managing director Neil Addyman added: “Stephen and Dominic have been central to taking us from £1.85 million to £8.5 million in four years.
“These promotions recognise their contribution and strengthen our leadership as we continue to grow.”
