JMAN appoints chief people officer

London-headquartered commercial data partner JMAN Group has appointed Trish Unwin as chief people officer as it continues its international expansion.

Trish brings more than 30 years’ experience in human resources, organisational effectiveness and business transformation.

She joins from Waste Harmonics Keter, where she served as chief people and technology officer, having previously held senior leadership roles with Coles Group, Cleanaway, Australia Post, Mars and KPMG.

In her new role, Trish will lead JMAN's global people strategy, supporting workforce development, leadership capability and organisational culture as the business continues to scale, particularly in the US.

Trish said: “What makes this move particularly special is that my introduction to JMAN was not as a candidate but rather a client. 

“Working with the team during my last role, I saw first-hand the quality of the work, the calibre of the people and the way the team helped unlock insight and value in complex environments. 

“It certainly left a lasting impression.

“I am therefore delighted to be joining at such an exciting stage in JMAN’s journey as it continues to grow its reputation as the leading data and AI consultancy for private equity.”

Trish’s appointment comes during a period of sustained growth for JMAN Group, which reported more than 50 per cent year-on-year growth in 2026 after recording 42 per cent growth in 2025.

The business is expanding its US team in response to increasing demand for AI and data services from private equity clients and was recently named in The Sunday Times 100 list of Britain's fastest-growing private companies.
