Ogury names UK country director
London-headquartered global adtech company Ogury has appointed Ben Chesters as UK country director to lead its next phase of growth in the market.
Ben brings nearly 25 years’ commercial leadership experience across media, publishing and advertising technology.
He joins from Hearst, where he served as managing director, clients, having previously held senior roles at Publicis Media Exchange and advised businesses on media strategy and investment.
Based in London, Ben will oversee Ogury’s UK operations, helping brands and agencies expand their use of the company's audience intelligence and activation capabilities.
He said: “Ogury's Persona Intelligence Engine bridges a critical gap I’ve seen repeatedly throughout my career: the disconnect between audience understanding and actual campaign execution.
“The model, combining observed behaviours, declared insights and real purchase data into one unified view, lets advertisers make more confident decisions about which audiences to reach and how to maximise impact across channels.
“That continuity between planning and activation is exactly what the market needs.
“I’m focused on helping more brands and agencies across the UK leverage that capability to drive business outcomes.”
Ben’s appointment comes as Ogury continues to expand its offering with new connected TV and AI-powered capabilities.
Raphael Rodier, global chief revenue officer at Ogury, added: “The UK has been foundational to Ogury’s growth and 2026 represents a pivotal moment for the company.
“Our recent launches in CTV and agentic advertising open new opportunities for brands and agencies, and Ben’s background positions him perfectly to capture that momentum.
“Having led commercial strategy for one of the UK’s largest media companies, he brings a deep understanding of what brands and agencies need.”
