Rural Solutions expands planning team

Specialist rural consultancy Rural Solutions has appointed Lindsey Wright as associate director in its planning team.

Based in Suffolk, Lindsey joins the business with more than a decade of planning and development experience across the public and private sectors.

She joins from South Norfolk and Broadland District Councils and has previously held roles with Cotswold District Council and Arcadia Planning and Development.

In her new role, Lindsey will lead planning projects across the East of England while supporting clients nationwide, providing strategic planning advice and helping develop new opportunities across the region.

Lindsey said: “Rural Solutions’ planners work alongside colleagues in architecture, landscape and consultancy to deliver integrated solutions for clients. 

“I am looking forward to bringing experience gained across both local government and private practice to help clients navigate an increasingly complex planning landscape.”

Lindsey’s appointment follows continued growth within Rural Solutions’ planning team, which now comprises ten people following a series of recent senior appointments and promotions.
