Hotel and spa venue's joy at fresh La Liste accolade
A hotel and spa venue is celebrating an industry accolade.
Seaham Hall has been recognised by global ranking guidebook La Liste.
Bosses say the honour – which marks a second successive year of praise for the East Durham-based operator – ranks the venue top in the North East and 51st in the UK.
They add the accolade – which comes as Seaham Hall celebrates its 25th anniversary – follows a number of refurbishments, which include a £1 million investment in the site’s outdoor Zen Garden, Harvey’s Bar and Japanese-inspired spa restaurant Geko.
Ross Grieve, managing director, said: “To be recognised by La Liste for the second year running is an incredible honour and a wonderful achievement as we celebrate our anniversary.
“It is testament to the passion, dedication and commitment of our team.”
