Recruitment firm eyes growth after HQ move
A recruitment firm says it has laid foundations for growth following a headquarters move.
Holmes Noble has opened a Bristol base.
The company says the venture will allow it to build on “a significant increase in client activity over the past 12 months across the UK, Europe and the Americas”.
It adds its new Runway East home will “enable it to access a broader pool of talent” as it seeks to meet rising demand across the aerospace and defence, industrials, infrastructure and logistics sectors.
The firm – whose portfolio includes executive search and coaching and leadership development services – has also bolstered its team with three appointments.
Kate Craig Waller has joined as a partner to lead Holmes Noble’s infrastructure practice, bringing more than 25 years’ senior executive experience to the role.
Marcus Latham has taken the role of principal researcher, bringing seven years’ experience in senior interim and permanent executive search.
And Ross White has joined as a consultant to support clients across areas including general management, commercial, operations, supply chain and technical leadership.
Amy Speake, chief executive, said: “As clients continue to grow internationally, it is important we continue to invest in our capability and people.
“Kate, Marcus and Ross strengthen our ability to support clients on some of their most critical leadership appointments.”
