Builder breaks ground on 121-home development
A housebuilder has started a 121-home scheme.
Lovell has broken ground on Pool House, in Staffordshire.
The firm says the Wombourne-based venture will include 72 open market homes and 49 affordable properties.
It adds the scheme will also feature allotments, a community orchard and play areas, with the company additionally providing more than £180,000 in Section 106 payments to support local healthcare and public transport projects.
Steve Ulfig, Lovell West Midlands’ regional land and pre-construction director, said: “Breaking ground at Pool House represents a huge moment for us and the local community.
“It underscores our commitment to working seamlessly with South Staffordshire District Council to unlock land and deliver much-needed high-quality housing.
“We look forward to seeing the site progress rapidly over the coming months.”
