Inspired HR promotes director
UK-wide HR consultancy Inspired HR, which is based in the North East and has its head office in Blyth, has promoted Jenny Rolfe to director as the business continues to expand its consultancy and neurodiversity services.
Jenny joined Inspired HR as senior HR consultant and has progressed through the business over the past six years, most recently serving as head of HR consultancy.
In her new role, she will oversee the day-to-day running and growth of Inspired HR while also supporting the continued development of the company’s neurodiversity division, Inspired Minds.
The promotion enables founder and chief executive Nikki Masterman to focus on growing Inspired Minds, which provides specialist neurodiversity support to employers across the UK.
Jenny said: “I am really excited for my next chapter at Inspired HR and Inspired Minds.
“The last six years have been a whirlwind, from a conversation about associate work to being promoted to director.
“Nikki is a force to be reckoned with and we have lots of plans and ideas for the future of the business that we can’t wait to start working on together.”
Nikki added: “Jenny has become my right-hand person over the years, someone I trust completely.
“Our values, morals and ethics align completely, in life and business, and we both have lived experience of neurodivergence, so we understand the challenges of running a business alongside family life.
“This promotion is thoroughly deserved, and I look forward to continuing to grow the business alongside her.”
